Green Tapenade – 90 g

Ingredients : Pulp of green olives (<95%), capers in vinegar (3%), anchovy cream (0.5%), lemon juice, herbs from Provence.

Tapenade from green olives is a specialty from Southern France that you can eat as an aperitif on toast rubbed with garlic, or by incorporating it directly into your dishes, where it will go perfectly with roasted white meats and grilled fish.

Variety

Tanche is the emblematic variety of the Pays de Nyons and the Baronnies Provençales. It is
the only variety that has been able to acclimatize so well in Drôme Provençale.

Aromas

Green olive of the Tanche variety is firm and fleshy. It is characterized by fruity aromas and dried fruits (hazelnuts) offering freshness and delicacy in the mouth.

Typicity
