Description
Ageing potential : Between 2 and 5 years - Alcohol Content : 13,5% vol.
The vines are 5 to 10 years old. They are trained using the Royat cordon system. Yields do not exceed 30 hl/ha, allowing us to produce high-quality wines with intense aromatic concentration.
Our white grape varieties are exclusively hand-harvested into small 10 kg crates, enabling us to select only the healthiest berries directly in the vineyard. The grapes are then fully destemmed. Direct pressing is followed by juice extraction, and alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromas.
